Volunteering

Like all community clubs, to thrive we need a strong & committed group of volunteers, all members are expected to share the following duties to ensure the day is enjoyed by all humans & animals.

On the Rally Day

• Arena setup - Show jumping fences, dressage arena fencing

• Arena pack-up

• Morning tea & lunch preparation 

• BBQ use & clean (when used) 

• Facilities inspection 

• Horse Manure Pickup

Pre Rally

• Rake sand arenas

• Mow Grass - around yards, float parking & clubhouse

• Whipper snip traffic areas
