8:00am - Pony club gates open

8:20am - Arena setup commences - All riders & support crew (parents) to participate

9:00am - Riders Tack up

9:15am - Gear check - All riders to present unmounted in front of the clubhouse

9:30am to 10:30am - Session 1

10:30am to 11:00am Morning tea / short break - Complimentary morning tea for all members

11:00am to 12:00pm - Session 2

12:00pm to 12:50pm - Lunch Break, food & drinks can be purchased onsite or you are welcome to BYO

1:00pm to 2:00pm - Session 3

2:00pm - Arena pack-up commences - All riders & support crew (parents) to participate
