Donvale & Templestowe Horse & Pony Club is situated at Bucks Reserve, Donvale in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. We offer dressage, show jumping, cross country, equine games, three phase equitation, showing, grooming & Pony Club Australia proficiency certificates, as well as clinics, camps, & social events.  

2024 welcomes a new & refreshed committee who are driven on growing the Donvale pony club with a focus on investing in facilities, education & fun for riders & supporters.

We do not seek to be the largest club in the Northern Metropolitan Zone (NMZ), our ambitions are to run an organised, inclusive, educational, modern, fun & financially healthy club with a rider to instructor ratio of 5 to 1 = more time riding

We engage with a diverse group of instructors who are arguably the best educators, coaches, & mentors available in the NMZ zone. If you are seeking to progress through the Pony Club Australia proficiency certificates with a supportive committee & membership we are the Pony Club of choice.

Set in a beautiful bushland reserve, our riding grounds include a combined show jumping & dressage sand arena of over 5500 sq m & a dressage sand arena of 1750 sq m. Our grassed riding areas include the Buck Reserve river flats of over 2 acres of flat surface & the Whites Orchard cross country course spread over 7 acres.

DTHPC is open for all riding abilities & meets every 3rd Sunday of the month with gates opening at 8:00am & the rally concluding at approximately 3:00pm.
